About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our workshop operations, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers on technical vehicle matters. With a minimum of 5 years experience as a Service Advisor in Aftermarket franchise workshops or independent workshops, you possess the knowledge and skills required to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical advice to customers on vehicle matters
- Manage Automanage software to ensure efficient workshop operations
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge on the technical side of vehicles
- Automanage software expertise (desirable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (not specified)
