About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver English instruction using effective teaching techniques and strategies.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Provide constructive feedback on students’ oral and written work.
- Actively listen to and address student concerns, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Build students’ confidence and facilitate their academic growth.
- Participate in department meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student learning experiences.
Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen (RSA Passport required).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in English.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject area.
- Age range: 23 to 58 years old.
- Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
