About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centurion: Field Service Technician to join our team at iStaff (Pty) Ltd. As a Telecommunications or IT professional, you will be responsible for resolving daily on-site support tickets within SLA timeframes, conducting site surveys and providing detailed technical reports, performing new installations neatly and professionally, maintaining client relations and providing basic training after installations, and managing stock, travel claims, and reporting accurately.
