About the Role
The Data Capturer will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data across company systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and update data on internal systems and databases.
- Verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain organised electronic and/or manual records.
- Generate basic reports as required.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data capturing targets.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Proven data capturing or administrative experience (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and data systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
