About the Role The Personal Assistant will be required to efficiently and effectively provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive. Responsibilities General secretarial support and assistance. Preparation and distribution of monthly reports. Maintaining filing systems (electronically and manually). Assisting in compiling and preparing board packs for Board Meetings and ensuring that they are delivered timeously. Diary management – coordination of meetings. Travel arrangements. Events planning and coordination. Liaising and communicating with clients and executives in a professional manner. Refreshment and stationary stock maintenance. Screening calls. Boardroom bookings. Assisting with Ad hoc tasks Candidate Requirements Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Matric. Extensive administration experience. Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word. Microsoft PowerPoint. Competencies Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Ability to work unsupervised. Quality oriented and of a meticulous nature. Excellent telephone skills. Honesty. Discretion and confidentiality. Attention to detail.
