Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury lodge in the Sabi Sands that is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join its food and beverage team. This role is ideal for a wine professional who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Curating and managing the lodges wine list to complement the culinary offering

Advising guests on wine pairings and beverage selections

Maintaining wine stock, cellar organisation, and inventory control

Training and supporting the F&B team on wine knowledge and service standards

Ensuring consistently high levels of service aligned with luxury lodge expectations
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Sommelier or senior F&B role within luxury hospitality

Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a particular focus on wine

Excellent guest interaction and communication skills

Professional presentation and a passion for service excellence
