About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Foreclosure Secretary to join our team in Pretoria East. As a Nedbank foreclosures specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our firm’s foreclosure process. If you have at least 5 years of experience as a foreclosure secretary and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage foreclosure documents and files
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and attorneys
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with court proceedings and hearings

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a foreclosure secretary
  • Below the age of 40 (but not a requirement)
  • Ghost practice experience is highly desirable but not essential

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric (or equivalent) or higher level education
  • Relevant experience in foreclosures or related field

Salary & Benefits

  • R30,000 per month
