Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable electrical solutions
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and client consultations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments
- Provide after-sales technical support where required
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in electrical sales or technical sales
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and standards
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Advantageous
- Experience in MV/LV equipment, switchgear, protection, or renewable energy solutions
- Existing client network within the electrical or construction industry
