Job Description

JOB SUMMARY Serves as a key revenue-generating role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. Accountable for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth through proactive sales activities and customer engagement. REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. Works collaboratively with the marketing, customer support, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achievement of organizational sales objectives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties comprise the responsibilities of this position: Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Presents, promotes, and sells company products or services to potential customers using consultative selling techniques. Prepares and delivers sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. Negotiates pricing, contract terms, and closing conditions in line with company policies. Achieves or exceeds assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using the company CRM system. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepares regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Participates in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Performs related duties as required to support the sales function. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Four to five years of relevant, profession-based sales experience. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL) Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. Experience in B2B sales or within a related industry. Proven track record of managing key accounts and closing high-value deals. Knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven selling.
