Location: Waterfall, Durban
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of field workers, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate field operations in the Waterfall area of Durban
– Lead a team of field workers and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
– Assign tasks and prioritize work to meet project deadlines
– Monitor and evaluate the progress of field operations and adjust schedules as needed
– Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
– Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
– Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Earth Science, or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of water and wastewater systems is a plus
