About the Role
Communicate Finance is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. With your expertise in HR systems and process transformation, you will play a crucial role in implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Business Analyst Certificate
- No fewer than three (4) years of Business Analyst experience, demonstrating:

Qualifications
- Additional Evidence (Preferred Attributes):
- Experience with HR systems or HR process transformation
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and analytical frameworks
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
