About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Wellness Manager to join our luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger. As a hands-on, professional wellness manager with strong leadership skills, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of guest wellbeing and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the spa and wellness center
- Lead and mentor staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement new wellness programs and services
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Monitor budgets and control expenses
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior wellness or spa management role within a luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and holistic approaches
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a spa environment
