About the Role
O’Brien Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and executing the sales and merchandising function at the outlet level.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively execute calls, order taking, trade marketing activities, cycle briefs, and product changes.
- Understand the sales strategy to deliver targets and implement strategic price points.
- Develop and report on a strategy to close the sales gap by analyzing sales reports.
- Collect and manage customer information.
- Submit feedback on trade requirements.
- Timeously submit operational required documents.
- Manage and care for company assets.
- Manage travel time, petrol usage, and other allowances.
Requirements
- Drivers license (Code 8 or higher)
- Matric or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience as a Sales Consultant/Rep (preferably within the Liquor industry or FMCG)
