About the Role
Our boutique luxury Safari Lodge located close to Bonnievale is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Content Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and results-driven marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution, with a passion for developing engaging content that drives brand awareness and direct bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize campaigns for performance
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring SEO and conversion best practices
- Capture and produce photo and video content onsite (property, experiences, food and beverage)
- Manage all social media platforms and community engagement
- Create and distribute newsletters and CRM communications
- Track and report on analytics and ROI metrics
- Collaborate with the operations, reservations, and F&B teams to align marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Qualification or certification in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality or tourism
- Strong hands-on ability in content creation (photography, video, copywriting)
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta advertising
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred) and CRM tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and reporting ability
- Organized; self-motivated, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing or related field
