About the Role
As a Reservations Agent at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for handling all reservation enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms. You will manage bookings for Estate Hotel & Spa and two private villa rentals, ensuring accurate processing of individual, group, and conference reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional guest experiences through clear and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all reservation enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage bookings for Estate Hotel & Spa and two private villa rentals
- Process individual, group, and conference reservations accurately
- Capture guest details, preferences, special requests, and booking notes with care
- Coordinate booking information with Front Office, Rooms, Sales, and Operations
- Maintain accurate records within reservation systems
- Communicate promotions, packages, and relevant offers to guests
- Support a smooth guest experience through clear and timely communication
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Formal hospitality qualification
- Previous experience in a hotel reservations or hospitality role is required
- Experience with Protel (Property Management System) is advantageous
- Experience using Nightsbridge or similar systems for villa or rental properties is advantageous
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
