About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating centre activities, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and providing excellent customer service to centre staff and visitors. If you have a passion for property management and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Centre coordination and operation duties for shopping centre (not office based)
- Ensure centre staff are on-site daily
- Conduct daily checks and report maintenance issues
- Coordinate contractors and service providers
- Operate info desk
Requirements
- Professional and Afrikaans speaking preferably female, aged 30-50 years
- Afrikaans and English first & second languages, with excellent communication skills in both very important
- Matric
- Dynamic, strong personality and good confidence to communicate on all levels
- Recent related experience in real estate/property/shopping centre management coordination or similar preferred, with hands-on property operations approach
- Computer literate with good admin and organisational skills
- Good telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills important
