About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Leasing Administrator to join our team at Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency in Pretoria. As a Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Management company, specializing in Commercial- and Retail leasing. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for property leasing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process Offers to Rent, Lease Agreements, Cessions, and Renewals
  • Maintain accurate lease schedules, tenant records, and FICA documentation
  • Coordinate with Centre- & Portfolio Managers, and Legal Departments to finalise lease documentation
  • Track lease expiries, renewals, and rental escalations
  • Provide admin support for leasing projects

Requirements

  • Professional Afrikaans speaking preferably female aged 40-50 years
  • Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must
  • Matric-Minimum 2 years recent property leasing experience A MUST (preferably Commercial- or Retail leasing)
  • Good understanding of Commercial/Retail Centre operations very important
  • Strong understanding of lease documentation, property terminology and leasing processes a must

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years recent property leasing experience
  • Matric

Salary & Benefits

R 15 000 – R 20 000 gross maximum
