About the Role

We are seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our luxury lodge in Hoedspruit. With a passion for exceptional guest service, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in managing check-ins, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure a professional first impression
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
Handle reservations and administrative duties
Liaise with various lodge departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain accurate records and systems
Uphold the lodges service standards at all times

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, preferably within a luxury lodge or high-end hotel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of lodge and front office operations
Proficiency in computer systems and property management systems
Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
