Duties & Responsibilities
Handling of cash sales
Reconciling of creditors
Processing of debtors correspondence, Invoicing, credit notes, journals. Opening accounts and calling trade references
Send out statements monthly
Processing of suppliers invoices and linking to purchase orders
Process directors expenses
Managing and recording Petty Cash
Handling of petty cash process of petty cash journals on pastel
Keeping accurate records for all daily transactions
Processing invoices
Processing of stock into system and adjusting stock where need be
Issuing of fuel slips and capture fuel account monthly to each vehicle
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparation of files, ensure the adherence to the financial requirements
Participate in financial audits
Answering of calls coming in
