Job Description
They are growing rapidly and are looking for an A-star Business Analyst to join their Technical / Development team, playing a key role in taking both their products and business to the next level.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, QA Testing, Product Ownership, Technical Support, or Software Project Management
- Strong experience testing both hardware and software
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, DevTools, and Figma
- Understanding of HTML and CSS, with an interest in software development
- Experience working with operating systems and devices: Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS
- Experience in Agile or iterative development environments
- Exposure to IoT, AV, kiosks, or hardware/software integration is highly advantageous
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as defined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Team Charter
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Write clear development briefs, technical documentation, and user stories
- Own the QA process: create test plans, execute test cases, and document results
- Configure web applications and email templates using HTML, CSS, and JSON
- Work hands-on with devices such as touchscreens, cameras, kiosks, and PCs (Windows, Linux, Android)
