Job Description

Minimum requirements: 1. Experience in Air or water purification, Mining, Steel or Manufacturing Industries where filtration fabrics will possibly be required. 2. Will be based in Rosslyn; however, the candidate will only be required in the office a few days, as the expectation is that they will be more on the road. 3. Must have managed a team of staff before and have an established client base that can possibly be tapped into. Call on the following Markets: Power Generation, Mining, Food Processing & Production Purpose of the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention within the industrial textile filtration sector. This role focuses on high-performance filtration solutions used in Power Generation, Mining, and Food Processing operations, requiring strong technical understanding, strategic sales leadership, and relationship management with key industrial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities – Sales Strategy & Business Development – Key Account Management – Technical & Solution-Based Selling – Sales Leadership & Team Management – Operational & Financial Oversight – Reporting & Governance Qualifications & Experience – Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). – Minimum 58 years experience in industrial B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales management role. – Proven experience in industrial filtration, industrial textiles, or heavy industrial environments. – Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value.
