Job Description Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers: Identify customer project plans and market needs, and convert these needs into orders. Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels. Expand the sales network by developing OEM customers. Understand market product standards and demand trends: Conduct necessary market research regularly and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information. Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into actual results. Conduct business negotiations with customers: Establish and maintain stable customer relationships. Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major after‑sales issues: Promote internal solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Bachelors degree or above. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as the working language. At least 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, especially in energy storage products, photovoltaic products (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration. Proven business development experience: Familiar with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in at least one specific region. Mature working methods: Able to work independently, with strong market analysis and judgment abilities. Strong pressure resistance and execution capability. Good professional ethics: Meticulous, rigorous work attitude and strong learning ability. II. Job Information Salary & Benefits Salary Structure: Basic Salary (USD 10,00030,000, negotiable) Commission Bonus (0.1%4%) Business Trip Allowance. Basic Benefits: Provided according to the minimum standards required by local labor laws. Work Environment Residency Address: Mali / Zambia. Work Mode: Work-from-home with self-managed working hours. Reporting Line: Regional Sales Director. Department: Sales Center. Team Status: Over 30 employees across 4 global sales centers, with more than 20 joining in 2025; recruitment remains ongoing. Global Layout: Sales centers are located in Brazil (Latin America Operation Center), Vietnam/Pakistan (Asia-Pacific Core), Poland and the Netherlands (Western Europe Operation Center), and Dubai (covering Africa). Mandatory Requirements Bachelors degree. Proficiency in English. Currently employed at a leading, well‑known enterprise in the energy storage industry (high industry visibility, strong market influence, and large business scale). Core Requirement: Must have an energy storage industry background. Candidates with photovoltaic/solar industry experience and understanding of the energy storage market may be considered. Bonus Qualifications 1. Resources Residential Energy Storage: Mid‑to‑high‑end residential developers, home decoration companies, large real estate agencies. Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage: Local factories, office buildings, business parks, agricultural parks, and other major electricity consumers. Small EPC contractor resources. 2. Skills Ability to independently formulate regional sales strategies. Potential for building and leading teams. 3. Achievements Proven sales performance in residential or commercial energy storage in the local or nearby markets. Experience leading sales breakthroughs from 0 to 1 in new markets. 4. Company Background Currently employed by a target enterprise in the energy storage industry. Salary 10k – 30k USD
