About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Franchise Business Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As the go-to partner for franchisees, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and growth, while also driving performance, efficiency, and brand standards across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the link between franchisees, head office, operations, and marketing
- Lead and coordinate regional operational branches to deliver consistent results
- Drive performance, efficiency, and brand standards across the network
- Analyse financial performance and implement action plans to maximise results
- Roll out marketing initiatives and operational strategies in the field
- Ensure strong reporting, compliance, and operational alignment
Requirements
- Degree in Business or a related field
- Proven franchise and operations experience within the FMCG space
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
