About the Role

This is a strategic role with hands on exposure to managing a B-BBEE and Transformation Team, leading strategic transformation planning and design sustainable change initiatives for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic transformation planning and design sustainable change initiatives for clients
- Oversee consultant teams, ensuring operational efficiency, commercial sustainability, and exceptional client service
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a professional setting (consulting experience preferred)
- Proven project management expertise
