About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Supervisor to join our team at Burgersfort. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and auditing standards in our packhouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervise and train staff on compliance procedures and auditing protocols
- Implement and maintain accurate records of audit results and corrective actions
- Collaborate with production team to identify and address potential risks and hazards
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in packhouse compliance
- Knowledge of BRCGS or HACCP certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with food safety auditing
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma in a relevant field (or equivalent)
