Junior Financial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor and manage working capital, and take responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
Reconciling intercompany loans, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Assist in capturing and maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
1-2 years of experience in a junior financial management role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
