About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator role at Profile Personnel involves coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, managing inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, and providing administrative support to the maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Create and maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Track work orders, ensuring they are completed on time and according to standards.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
