Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day TSF operations, including tailings deposition, decant systems, and water balance Ensure full compliance with international TSF standards (GISTM, ANCOLD) Liaise with the Engineer of Record (EoR) and technical consultants Oversee TSF construction, wall raises, and CQA/CQC activities Maintain and manage the TSF risk register Deliver accurate operational, safety, and performance reporting Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or Metallurgy 10 years experience in TSF operations, construction, or water management Strong understanding of geotechnical and TSF risk management principles Proven leadership and contractor management experience Expat experience in Africa highly advantageous
