About the Role
CallForce is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent Lead Generation expert to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales EOIs or live transfers by cold calling Australian households, promoting our range of Private Health Insurance, General Insurance, Finance, Superannuation, and more products.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products and promote services.
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc., and present their benefits.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Work with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
