About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our luxury safari lodge in Zambia. As a hands-on, organized, and passionate leader, you will oversee all aspects of F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. With your expertise, we aim to deliver an unparalleled dining experience that exceeds our guests’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the lodge, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events
  • Lead, mentor, and develop all F&B team members to maintain high service standards
  • Manage stock, inventory, and cost control to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement menus and beverage offerings in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Monitor and improve service quality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in F&B management within a luxury lodge, safari lodge, or 5-star hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability in cost control, stock management, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of fine dining, wine, and beverage trends

Qualifications

  • Formal hospitality qualification advantageous

Salary & Benefits

Salary: USD 1800 – USD 2000 per annum. Live-in accommodation is provided.
