About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join their team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, and excel at delivering results. They must be technically sound, innovative, and creative, with excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all client’s products and services.
Log and manage projects/tasks in a ticketing system through to resolution.
Liaise with the Development Team to analyse and resolve issues.
Facilitate client on boarding through basic project management.
Coordinate with internal and external support teams.
Conduct final-stage product testing for quality assurance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and customers.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes or presentations as needed.
Create training materials and release notes.
Train new users on our client’s products.
Manage disputes related to product misuse.
Communicate rollout status and updates to all stakeholders.
Monitor system performance, escalate issues, and report downtime.
Liaise with technicians, contractors, and sales teams to ensure project efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all project office activities to provide cover when needed.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential).
Minimum 5 years of prior working experience as a Production Coordinator (required).
Highly computer literate with above-average MS Office skills.
Experience in the financial services sector is considered an advantage.
Own transport is essential, as travel to clients may be required.

Qualifications

R20 – R50K salary depending on experience.
