About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join their team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, self-driven, and excel at delivering results. They must be technically sound, innovative, and creative, with excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for all client’s products and services.
- Log and manage projects/tasks in a ticketing system through to resolution.
- Liaise with the Development Team to analyse and resolve issues.
- Facilitate client on boarding through basic project management.
- Coordinate with internal and external support teams.
- Conduct final-stage product testing for quality assurance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and customers.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes or presentations as needed.
- Create training materials and release notes.
- Train new users on our client’s products.
- Manage disputes related to product misuse.
- Communicate rollout status and updates to all stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, escalate issues, and report downtime.
- Liaise with technicians, contractors, and sales teams to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all project office activities to provide cover when needed.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous but not essential).
- Minimum 5 years of prior working experience as a Production Coordinator (required).
- Highly computer literate with above-average MS Office skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector is considered an advantage.
- Own transport is essential, as travel to clients may be required.
Qualifications
- R20 – R50K salary depending on experience.
