About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to fill a dual role as Recruitment Researcher & Executive Assistant to our Managing Director. As a key support role, you will work closely with the MD to help drive operational excellence and brand visibility. If you enjoy variety, love people, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
- Screen CVs, contact candidates, verify experience, check availability, and gather key information
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates, clients, and the MD
- Draft professional candidate summaries and motivations
- Conduct reference checks and prepare reports
- Maintain organised recruitment trackers and documentation
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle fast-moving tasks
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting phone screenings
- Strong admin, scheduling, and coordination skills
