About the Role
RF HARDWARE ENGINEER position is available in Pretoria-East. The ideal candidate will be a skilled RF hardware engineer with experience in developing and qualifying RF power amplifiers, designing HF and VHF transceivers, and integrating digital RF control hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify RF power amplifiers
- Design and prototype HF and VHF transceiver RF components
- Design digital RF control hardware integrating with RF components
- Schematic design and PCB layout using RF cognisant rules
- Test, debug, optimise, and qualify prototype designs
Requirements
- BEng (Electronic Engineering)-degree
- 0-5 years of hardware development experience in a professional capacity
- Experience with impedance matching and active components
- Knowledge of radio technology, receivers, transmitters, ATUs etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering
