Job Description

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, delivering clear performance insights
Ensure balance sheet accuracy through handson reconciliation and review
Manage VAT submissions and related compliance in line with SARS requirements
Support audit processes through the preparation of audit packs and schedules
Contribute to the smooth running of finance operations and internal controls
Provide financial oversight of claims activity and collaborate with underwriting teams
Support process improvements across the insurance finance function

Skills & Experience:
Insurance or financial services experience is an advantage
Solid technical foundation across reconciliations, tax/VAT, and reporting
Strong analytical thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working crossfunctionally and communicating with diverse teams

Qualification:
CA(SA), newly qualified or ELIGIBLE to register.
