About the Role
Join an established, multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm in Cape Town as an Electrical Design Technologist/Engineer. This role offers hands-on experience, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with a highly respected engineering consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting lead engineers and design teams in delivering top-tier building services designs
- Preparing detailed technical documentation, specifications, and bills of quantities
- Overseeing site assessments, surveys, and contract supervision
- Producing technical reports and compiling tender/contract documentation
- Liaising with clients, internal staff, and project teams from inception through to handover
Requirements
- BTech or BEng in Electrical Engineering
- 23 years experience in consulting engineering
- Strong background in building services project work
- Revit modelling experience is highly advantageous
- Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
