Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Com (Hons) or equivalent postgraduate finance qualification
5+ years in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
Advanced Excel and financial software skills
Management experience, preferably with operational stock/manufacturing exposure

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations
Prepare monthly management accounts, year-end packs, and financial reports
Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts; update EXCO regularly
Manage cash flow, payments, and investments
Oversee tax, VAT, PAYE, IT14SD, Ad Valorem Tax, and Foreign Exchange Control compliance
Lead audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
Manage finance team, payroll, cashbook, creditors, collections, and fixed assets
Review journals, balance sheets, and financial controls
Manage B-BBEE processes across Group
Provide financial support to other departments and perform ad hoc duties
