About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC technician to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of refrigeration basics, including pressures, temperatures, and leak detection. As a seasoned professional, you will be able to handle brazing, wiring controls, and troubleshooting faults in split systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle brazing and welding tasks for split systems
  • Troubleshoot faults in split air conditioning units
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
  • Use gauges, vacuums, and recovery machines as required

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with refrigeration basics
  • Ability to handle brazing and welding tasks
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems up to 20 volts
  • Familiarity with tools used in the trade

Qualifications

  • Completed formal training or apprenticeship program in HVAC technology
