About the Role
As the Revenue Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants and driving financial performance across smaller group companies. You will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IFRS and company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budget, forecasts, and cashflows for smaller group companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting for smaller group companies in line with IFRS and company policy
- Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliations between stock and finance systems, and drive automation and process integration
- Produce accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis on inventory movements and operating costs
- Maintain a strong cost control environment, working capital discipline, and accurate accruals
- Ensure audit readiness by preparing and reviewing audit schedules, resolving queries, and coordinating internal and external audits
- Support the annual audit process in collaboration with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead and manage accountants responsible for inventory reconciliations and subsidiary accounting
- Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, accountability, coaching, and adherence to finance policies
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
Requirements
- 5 years of post-article experience in a revenue management position
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- SAGE X3 experience
