About the Role
Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and outcomes
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Software Development, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in quality processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
