About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Consultant to join our marketing-focused team in Bellville for a one-year contract. As a dynamic and driven individual, you will thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment where no cold calling is required. Your primary focus will be on managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy while driving enrolment, retention, and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre, customer service or sales environment
