About the Role

The Infrastructure Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems within our Cape Town City Centre property. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to develop and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures for all building systems
  • Draft and manage technical scopes of work for contractors and service providers
  • Maintain digital records of drawings, manuals, compliance certificates, and technical documentation
  • Build and manage a preventative maintenance master schedule across the full property portfolio

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in digital documentation tools and software

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, architecture)
