About the Role
PKF Cape Town, one of the largest mid-tier accounting firms in South Africa, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and ensure a seamless experience for clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering switchboard first point of engagement with all stakeholders, employees, and clients.
- Receiving guests and clients.
- Arranging beverages for all meetings/appointments.
- Keeping the reception area tidy, stocked, and organised, and managing supplies.
- Coordinating and placing orders for office consumables and supplies, including kitchen and cleaning items, and ensuring stock is replenished as required.
- Assisting with all ad hoc requests from management.
Requirements
- Matric
- 0 – 3 years experience
- Previous reception experience will be beneficial
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- MS Office experience
- Telephone etiquette
- Friendly and professional
- Presentable and well spoken
