About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading financial technology company, is urgently seeking a Senior Risk Analyst Team Lead to join their team in Johannesburg. We are looking for a highly skilled risk management professional with strong leadership abilities and a track record of success to lead a team of risk analysts and oversee the implementation of risk management strategies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of risk analysts and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures
- Identify and assess potential risks within the organization
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk management activities
- Provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in risk management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or risk management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role

- Excellent knowledge of risk management principles and methodologies
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders
