About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Nelspruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing business, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing existing business in allocated territories while identifying new growth opportunities
- Driving new business acquisition and developing long-term customer relations
- Managing and developing a team of up to 12 sales representatives
- Preparing and presenting accurate sales reports
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical selling, and professionalism at all times
- Assisting in setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company goals
Requirements
- Minimum of a Matric qualification
- Proven experience in Business development and Sales management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
