About the Role
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will provide a variety of quotations to clients not favouring one airline/supplier, follow up on quotations each morning, and offer any further assistance required. You will work closely with Business Account Managers, Ticketing, and Finance to ensure seamless reservations and ticket issuance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client portfolios and accounts
- Provide first-class customer service to all clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Offer a range of quotations to clients not favouring one airline/supplier
- Follow up on quotations each morning to ensure requirements are met
- Identify areas for improvement and provide additional support as needed
- Collaborate with Business Account Managers to maximise opportunities and share relevant leads
- Work closely with Ticketing and Finance to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and German
- Strong experience of nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares
- Good CRS knowledge, with Galileo preference but cross-training possible
- Strong ticketing experience, including nett fares, reissues, etc.
- Minimum 2 years’ unbroken experience in customer service, preferably in an international Contact Centre role
- Minimum 2 Years experience within the travel, tourism industry, particularly tours and activities
