About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to oversee operations at our high-volume commercial bakery/factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, staff, quality, and food safety while ensuring efficiency and consistency across all bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bakery production and ensure targets are met
  • Oversee staff, shifts, training, and performance
  • Ensure consistent product quality and food safety compliance (HACCP/GMP)
  • Control raw materials, stock levels, and production costs
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
