About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through strong communication and proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client requests and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of parts sold and inventory levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide expert advice on parts and products to customers
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent
- 12 years experience in parts sales or a similar role
- Code 8 drivers license
- Strong communication skills and confident, proactive approach
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests
- Basic English literacy (read and write)
