About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Guesthouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our guesthouse in Polokwane, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest queries and complaints professionally
Supervise and manage housekeeping and support staff
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Monitor stock levels and manage supplier relationships
Handle basic financial administration, reporting, and budgeting

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or guesthouse/hotel management
Strong leadership and staff management skills
High attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Computer literacy

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

R15 000 to R17 000 per month (live-in)
