About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Commercial Vehicles division in Cape Town City Centre, responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving results-driven commercial vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in a similar sales management role (preferred)
- Matric or higher qualification
- Valid Code 8 drivers license
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with sales strategy planning and customer relationship management
- Commercial sales experience
