About the Role
The Clarion Group is seeking an experienced DTP/Pre-press Operator to join their team in Goodwood, expanding their operations in 2026. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital printing and extensive knowledge of large format printing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking client-supplied artwork for quality, sizes, and print bleed
- Judging where print bleed is required and adding it to files
- Setting up files for print and cut files for various large format printers and cutting machines
- Knowledge of point of sale and display systems
- Phot editing, photo retouching, and colour matching to Epson proofs
- Resolving printing issues in a fast-paced environment (creatively if required)
- Working under pressure within a team environment
Requirements
- Proficient in Mac-based DTP/pre-press software
- Proven track record in digital printing industry
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative, enquiring, solutions-driven approach
Qualifications
- Qualified DTP Pre-Press Operator with at least five years’ experience in the industry (large format/digital printing/similar print environment)
